The Parish Church of All Saints, Terling, stands on the village
green of this beautiful Essex village. The church records in
the Essex Record Office date back to 1538 and the ancient
Village of Terling is mentioned in the Domesday book.

A church was first established here in the early 11th century.
Behind the church lies Terling Place, seat of Lord Rayleigh.
